Shipping & Delivery
We adopt UPS for fast and on-time shipping. Product prices include shipping, therefore the price you see is the price you pay, with the exception of Kentucky residents, who are required to pay an additional 6% sales tax.

Privacy & Security
We take our customers privacy and security very important. We are a proud member of the BBB and hold an A+ rating. Our website is secured a GoDaddy SSL certificate and all customer transactions and personal information is confidential. No information will be sold or distributed to any third party vendor.

Returns & Replacements

Our return policy is as follows:

  • Genuinely defective goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any defective goods upon receipt of the item.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.
  • If the item is found to be defective, we will also refund the postage cost. 
  • If a customer orders the wrong product or chooses to return it before use there will be a 15% restocking fee. 
  • Sales on electric items such as circuit boards are final and no returns will be honored. 
  • Items that have been installed, unless defective with the exceptions listed above, are not returnable.
  • The return period is only valid for 30 days after the unit was shipped.

Ordering
Orders can be processed via our website or telephone. Our sales team will be happy to help with configuring or determining which application you need based on your requirements.

Payment Options
For phone orders we accept most major credit cards or check-by-phone. For online orders we also accept most major credit cards and PayPal. Online promotions may be used via phone or internet. Only one promotional code can be used per order. If using a check or money order, your order will not be shipped until your payment is receieved.

Viewing Orders
You can view your orders or print an invoice from the "My Account" link at the top. Once in your account area, click the "My Orders" link at the left hand side of the page. Here you can view any previous orders made and the status of your order.

Updating Account Information
You can update your account information via the "My Account" link at the top. In your account area, you are able to change your contact information as well as billing and shipping addresses.
